Germany    BISHOP CRITICISES LATE-TERM ABORTION LAW
German Bishop Anton Schlembach of Speyer, Germany has called for a total revision of his country's legal guidelines for late-term abortions.
Speaking last weekend at an ecumenical day of encounter with the handicapped, he said: "Under certain conditions, unborn children, even if they are only possibly handicapped, can be killed without time limits, right up to the moment of birth".
