Italy    CAMPAIGN TO NOMINATE POPE "MAN OF THE CENTURY"
A group of Dominican Sisters in Rome is campaigning to have the Pope declared Time magazine's 'Man of the Century'.
The Sisters are very worried that the cover of the last issue of "Time" this millennium will carry the picture of Adolf Hitler. Recent polling indicates that Hitler (13.47%) in in third position, behind Elvis Presley (16.72%) and Yitzhak Rabin (16.26%). Also ahead of Pope John Paul II (9.0%) is Albert Einstein (12.29%)
The bid to have Mother Theresa named Man of the Century is lagging far behind, with only 0.96% of the vote.
