Ireland    CATHOLIC BISHOPS URGE ALCOHOL ABUSE TASK FORCE
Ireland's Catholic Bishops have called on authorities in both the Republic and the North to establish task forces to study alcohol abuse, which they say is the country's greatest drug problem.
    In a pastoral letter marking the centenary of the Pioneer Total Abstinence Association, the bishops say that their greatest concern is underage drinking.
