What women want from pregnancy counselling


The Government's decision to fund pregnancy counselling with input from Catholic agencies is controversial but preoccupation with the issue overlooks a larger question. Over four years the Government will spend $15.5 million on the pregnancy advice hotline and an additional $35 million on a Medicare rebate for pregnancy-related counselling.
