How to cultivate resilient adolescents
One in five Australian students suffer from a psychological problem and research shows that "half these kids go completely unidentified," according to adolescent psychologist Dr Michael Carr-Gregg. Every year Dr Carr-Gregg visits hundreds of schools to educate teachers about promoting good mental health and how to recognise signs of mental illness ranging from anxiety and depression to eating or obsessive compulsive disorders.
