Zimbabwe Catholic Church leaders blame Govt for people's misery
Leaders of the Catholic Church in Zimbabwe have accused the Zimbabwean Government of inflicting misery on its people.

Church officials have released a statement condemning the Government's fast track land redistribution program. The church leaders say the program is inflicting misery on farm workers and their families.
Until now, the Catholic Church has refused to be drawn into the debate over land reform. However, the church now says it wants to offer its support to the judiciary, which has been engaged in a bitter conflict with the Government over the land reform process.
