Austin Powers star attacks Catholic church on sex
The star of last year's Austin Powers film, Heather Graham, has condemned the Catholic church for 'stifling sexuality'.
In an interview with US Talk magazine, the actress describes the Catholic faith as destructive.
Graham said the Catholic church was made up of closed-minded men who believed a woman's sexuality was evil.
"Why do I have to do what all these men are saying?" she asked, adding that Catholicism clouded her view of what relationships should be, as she was growing up.
"I was afraid to put myself on the line," she said. "I wanted someone to pursue me so that I didn't have to worry about getting rejected."
