UK    CATHOLIC WOMEN OPPOSE TYSON FIGHT
Church and women's groups are united in opposing the British Government's decision to allow convicted rapist Mike Tyson back into the country for a second fight next month.
Maryanne Ure, of the Scottish Catholic Church's Justice and Peace Commission, told the Daily Telegraph: "We are extremely disappointed."
Ian Davidson, Labour MP for Glasgow Pollok, said: "The message that we are sending out is that Labour is soft on rape and soft on rapists."
The heavyweight bout between Tyson and Lou Savarese is due to be staged on 24 June.
