East Timor    BELO ACCUSES INDONESIANS OF BLOCKING REFUGEE RETURN
Dili's Apostolic Administrator Bishop Carlos Belo, has sought the reentry of more than 100,000 East Timor who are living as refugees in the West Timor following the violence of last August and September.
   "Many of those who wish to return home are not free to do so", said the bishop, who accused the Indonesian authorities of blocking the reentry of the refugees in the refugees camps of West Timor with force.
   The situation of the refugees has been made even worse by the decision of the Indonesian Government to suspend all humanitarian from 31 March.
